The vigilant self-portrait

Dan Robinson was an art student at Canterbury College when I took this portrait of him in 2003. The interesting aspect of it is that it seems as if the self-portrait Dan had just completed was keeping a vigilant eye, while looking down, both upon its author and the photographer.
