Thanks for this portrait Mr Neil Sloman (Late July 2021)
One day before his departure from home, on the way to another of his many foreign adventure-expeditions (Albania this time), my dear friend came over at my urging since I wanted to take a portrait of him. Little did I know that he was coming prepared and brought his own photographic gear to do the same to me. This portrait in particular had my attention since there are few occasions in which I have my portrait taken by others. Here the subject is not scowling as is characteristic of him most of the time. Instead, the subject is pleasantly interested in the proceedings and, if it had been a moving picture then the long awaited for smile would have shown at least ten seconds later.
