Mónika Herrán, Colombian Photographer, Cali 2000

Looking at my old negs I found this interesting, and to my eyes, wonderful portrait of Colombian photographer Mónika Herrán. It took me fifteen years to print it but I think it was worth the wait. I have the privilege of her friendship and I know she will forgive the lengthy path I took until its discovery.
Either this portrait or the twin one I have sent her will go in a book being prepared about her own work in Colombia which should be ready for publication next year.
