Two New Portraits of Billy Childish

On February 24th and after seven years of having met, and having photographed Billy Childish in Whitstable, I had the opportunity of doing it again. Times have changed a lot, the artist has a great busy studio in the Old Dockyards of Chatham and is showing his wonderful paintings all over the place, by that I mean London, Hong Kong, etc.
Billy very graciously accepted to take time off to allow me and my young assistant, Josh Morgan, to photograph him as he tried to finish a large canvas, one of the many standing around in his  environment, a testament to his creative energy.
