It was taken as we were doing the rounds of Canterbury College End of Year art shows in the city of same name. It was a warm evening and the town was abuzz with all the excitement of hundreds of young art students going about bringing joy to old and young alike.
It is all the more poignant because it was on the eve of my boy's 8th birthday.
